Marquess staff members enjoy a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Life insurance, long-term disability, and paid personal time off are also provided. One week of sick leave and two weeks’ vacation accrues during your first through sixth years of employment; with an additional week of vacation earned after seven years. Six holidays, company-paid professional registration and trainings, and a 401 (k) Plan to which the employee and the firm contribute and is vested after six years, complete a first-class Fringe Benefit Program.
